This green tea combines the vegetal freshness of Sencha with fruity and balanced notes of peach and kiwi, enhanced by pieces of apple and some Safflower petals for a subtle floral touch. Kiwi, grown in Normandy, brings a tangy and original flavor, rooted in the local terroir. This subtly fragrant creation evokes late summer orchards, combining sweetness and liveliness, for an infusion that is both natural and contemporary.

Directions for use

Allow 1 teaspoon (2g) for a 10-12cl cup. Pour 85°C water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3 minutes. You can also make a second infusion.

A bit of history

The Normandy climate, with its mild temperatures and relatively rare frosts, is ideal for growing kiwis. Rising temperatures in recent years have also encouraged the emergence of exotic fruits such as kiwis in the region.
Normandy is therefore a region where kiwi production is developing, with local producers offering Norman kiwis, particularly in Seine Maritime and in Manche.
