Flore Norman is first and foremost a personal story. That of Hélène Adrion, deeply attached to her homeland, Normandy, and the treasures it contains: its plants, its traditions, its flavors. After several years of running a tea room in Trouville-sur-Mer, a place for meetings and sharing, Hélène felt the need to deepen her connection with plants. She trained in herbalism and the art of tea, in order to create a project that reflects her image: sensitive, committed, and deeply rooted in the living world. Flore Norman was born from this desire to do things differently. Here, each plant is carefully selected, each recipe is designed to tell a story, that of a terroir, a memory, a season. All recipes are 100% natural, with no added flavors, respecting the cycles and quality of the plants. Beyond infusions, Flore Norman embodies an approach: a return to the essentials, to more conscious consumption, to simple but genuine pleasures. It's a tribute to nature, to slowness, and to the beauty of everyday life.
