At FLORE NORMAN, we want to ensure our customers have a pleasant shopping experience and encourage them to return often. We understand that our store policies must be fair and transparent. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations existing between FLORE NORMAN (“we”) and the author of the order (“you”).
We may modify these general conditions of sale at any time, subject to posting these modifications on our site.

2. ORDER

We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale.
When you place your order, we will inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, etc.) after your order, we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable (out of stock, etc.) after ordering, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by email before refunding any amounts paid for the portion related to the missing products.

By confirming your order, you accept all of these general terms and conditions of sale made available to you on the site, and acknowledge having full knowledge of them, thereby waiving the right to rely on any contradictory document, and in particular your own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation, as well as all the data that we have recorded, will constitute proof of our transactions.

3. PRICE

Prices indicated in euros are deemed inclusive of all taxes according to the rates in accordance with French taxation, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. We undertake to apply the current rates indicated to you at the time of your order. Under no circumstances will we be required to bear additional costs related to the delivery of the order other than the shipping costs, described and invoiced when the order is concluded on our site.

4. PAYMENT

The price is due immediately upon ordering. Cards issued by banks located outside of France must be international bank cards. Secure online payment by credit card is completely secure: it uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport over the network.

5. DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made to the address you provided when placing your order. Delivery times are approximate only.
We invite you to read the additional information relating to delivery.
The products are delivered by Colissimo.
If you do not receive the package, you have 3 weeks to make a claim.
For deliveries within mainland France, delivery is free for all orders over €60 including tax. For orders under €60 including tax, delivery costs are €6.95 including tax, for orders weighing less than 1 kg, and for orders over 1 kg, delivery costs are €8.50 including tax. Delivery times are estimated at 6 business days for mainland France.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

6. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, REFUND AND COMPLAINT

We guarantee the quality and good condition of all items we send.
1/If you wish to cancel an order, before it is sent, in whole or in part, please make your request by email via the tab: Contact us.
2/In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return all or certain items that do not suit you and request a refund. In all cases, the return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
The return request is an essential condition for the acceptance and reimbursement of the returned product(s) within 14 working days following receipt. Only the customer who placed the order has the authority to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Simply contact us via the Contact Us tab and follow the steps we will provide.
Upon receipt of your message, we will contact you to arrange the return.
We will check the conformity of the returned product(s) (undamaged and unopened) for final acceptance of the refund, upon receipt of the returned products with the delivery slip.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days.
3/The replacement of any item damaged during transport can be done upon presentation of photos of the Colissimo label with the tracking number, of the damaged item and of the package with the contents.
4/In the case of an order returned to our premises, for the following reasons from our carrier: unclaimed or refused, without having made a request for withdrawal, we will make a refund by deducting the transport costs.
5/For complaints regarding the quality of an item, please send us an email using the contact form, specifying the following information: your contact details, the reason for the complaint, a photo, the best before/best before date, the batch number and the internet order number.

7. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made to the address you provided when placing your order. Delivery times are approximate only. We invite you to read the additional information related to delivery.

8. WARRANTY AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS AND LIABILITY

In the event that the products we have delivered to you have a hidden defect, we may, at our discretion, eliminate this defect or replace the defective product with another. If we are unwilling to eliminate this defect or replace the defective product, or if we are unable to do so, or if we cannot do so within the time limits due to factors beyond our control or our control, you may, at your discretion, return it to us for a refund of the price and return costs or ask us for a reduction in the sale price.
The products offered comply with current French legislation.

We undertake to take all reasonable care in the profession in implementing the service offered to the client. However, we cannot be held liable in the event of a failure to fulfill our contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or force majeure such as, but not limited to, disasters, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication or due to your actions.
Furthermore, we shall not be held liable in the event of a delay due to a stock shortage or in the event of an error in the presentation of the products on our site, the photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products not being contractual.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We are committed to protecting your personal data. By agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy and consent to our collection and use of this data.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, excluding United Nations sales law. All disputes relating to the commercial relationship between you and us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
