Preparation instructions are indicated on each product, sachet and box, in order to optimize the customer experience.
The general rule is not to put boiling water on the tea leaves, at the risk of burning them and losing their active ingredients and properties. Water at 85° will be sufficient for green tea, and 90° for black tea.
A 3-minute infusion for tea will be ideal, while for herbal tea, you need at least 6 to 8 minutes, even more, no problem because there is no theine or tannins.
