Directions for use

Use boiling water (100°C) and let it infuse for at least 8 to 10 minutes. You can make a second infusion.
Can be drunk hot in winter with a spoonful of honey, or chilled in summer with lemon slices.

A bit of history

There's very little Normandy in this blend, just the desire to offer an infusion inspired by the simple and natural remedies of yesteryear. A return to basics, where lemon, thyme, and rosemary come together like in a herbal tea carefully prepared by our grandmothers to warm, soothe, and protect.
