A bit of history

During a visit to some customers in Jumièges, they shared with me their desire for a recipe with cherries, as Normandy is a cherry-producing region. Several local farms grow cherry trees, particularly in the Seine Valley in Seine-Maritime. The region benefits from a favorable terroir, particularly around Jumièges, where cherry cultivation is well-known, with picking lasting from July to September. The idea was launched...!
