It was in this search for the moment that the recipe for Apple, Honey, Cinnamon, Ginger black tea was born. The nuances of tannins and spices in its notes warm the heart and mind, bringing strength and comfort similar to that of a fire.

Directions for use

Allow 1 teaspoon (2g) for a 10-12cl cup. Pour 90° water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3 minutes. You can also make a second infusion.

A bit of history

The idea behind this recipe was to have a slightly more wintry, warm, comforting blend, in the spirit of a Christmas tea with hints of spices, but with an apple base to keep our Normandy touch.

Excellent

I finally opted for the Bénédictine black tea with herbs and spices and I really enjoyed it, but I promise next time I'll order apple, honey, cinnamon and ginger.
